Meet the Founder: Santes

Santes Beatty has spent more than two decades helping leaders and organizations cultivate healthier cultures, strengthen relationships, and navigate seasons of growth and change.

His leadership journey has included serving as a pastor, executive coach, consultant, educator, conference speaker, and organizational leader across local, regional, and national settings. Those experiences have given him the opportunity to work alongside churches, nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations—each with its own unique mission and leadership challenges.

Throughout every role, one conviction has remained constant: organizations flourish when leaders intentionally invest in people.

That conviction became the foundation for Leading Together.
